Sometimes on Wheels.
Our pantry is always fully stocked and has everything you need for your next creative project.
We’ve got tens of thousands of kilometres of inspiration under our wheels, not to mention our nearly thirty years of creative collaboration together.
Some of you who know us will remember the ink-laden atmosphere of our shop and studio spaces in Toronto. But where are we now? This site is the story of how we redesigned our life together as makers & wanderers, to bring new energy to a marriage dedicated to “Love, Laughter and Work.”
Following a sabbatical in 2013, we decided to sell our home, studio and our letterpress equipment. With most of our belongings in storage and the remainder stuffed into a 1990 VW Westfalia, we drove out of our studio on May 9, 2014, and began a new life as nomads.
We started wandering in search of inspiration and new meaning for our work and our life. Projects both personal and professional began to excite us as we worked in parks, in the shadow of mountains, or aboard ferries in our voyage across North America.
