We have worked extensively with Canadian Chef Michael Stadtlander and his wife Nobuyo Stadtlander in designing books and collateral for their Eigensinn Farm and Haisai Restaurant and Bakery. "The Heaven on Earth Project" book documents Stadtlander and his family and apprentices as they design, build and ultimately cook under the fantastic sculptures on Eigensinn Farm.
